MOT's
Here at CRS Garage and MOT Centre we carry out mots to the highest standard on class 4 and class 7 vehicles with a free 10-day retest. Our fully qualified technicians will ensure that all legal requirements are met when checking out your vehicle. Servicing

Brakes
We can check and service all aspects of your brakes from brake discs and pads, brake pipes, handbrake cable, electronic handbrakes, brake fluid and calipers. We can supply and fit original equipment or budget quality parts depending on your preference.
Suspension
We supply a full range of suspension parts to suit all makes and model of vehicles including coil springs, shock absorbers, air suspension, leaf springs, multi-link suspension systems and much more.
Tyres
CRS can supply and fully fit a wide range of tyres from budget to branded. All to suit our customer’s needs. We also offer a puncture repair service.
Exhausts
Your exhaust should be checked around every 10,000 miles to ensure it hasn’t split due to the weather or salt on the road. You can tell your exhaust needs checked when there’s a loud rattling noise, dark exhaust coloured smoke or a gas smell/leak. Cracks and corrosion can be repaired however sometimes the whole exhaust will need to be replaced.
Batteries
It can be extremely inconvenient having to jump start your car, especially if it’s every morning before work! CRS Garage will do a full check of your battery and alternator to ensure it is charging properly and your car is running as it should.
Carbon Clean/DPF Clean
A carbon clean is extremely effective for cleaning your car, this prolongs life and takes care of minor issues.
Unlike many other garages we specialise in cleaning the DPF while it’s still on the vehicle rather than removing it. This is far more efficient and cost effective because the products we use clean the intake and exhaust system while cleaning the DPF.
4 Wheel Motor Allignment
Make sure that you are getting the best economy and performance from your tyres with our four-wheel computerised alignment. This can give you a more accurate alignment than a laser-based machine, so the cars tracking can be adjusted to an exact setting.
The wheel alignment checks if the geometry angles of the wheels are correct, intervening when necessary. It is a very important check because it prevents uneven tread wear, it guarantees a perfectly straight drive and gives the driver a trusting relation with the steering wheel.
Thanks to Hofmann wheel alignment professional systems you can rapidly make precise and comprehensive checks on all the geometry angles of the wheels: camber, convergence (also at the maximum steering angle) and incidence. Our wheel alignments are equipped with high resolution cameras and with an extensive database of models, which makes the alignment with the vehicle simple.
Timing belts
We specialise in the replacement of timing belts, water pumps and timing chains on both petrol and diesel vehicles. Make sure you know when a replacement is due. If you fail to identify this in time it can cause major engine damage. If you give us a call we can check this for you.
